The 3-day program is designed to meet the specific objectives outlined by the Maldives National Skills Development Authority (MNSDA). These objectives focus on enhancing the Maldives' TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) system through benchmarking best practices, exploring innovative pedagogies, fostering international collaboration, and understanding policy development, funding, and sustainability models. The program will be delivered by Senior Trainers and provide valuable exposure to Australia’s advanced TVET frameworks, innovative technologies, and inclusive practices.
