This subject provides students with the skills and knowledge required to identify and comply with the regulatory, legal, taxation and insurance requirements, and other regulatory requirements for business operations.

Students will also examine contract law, including contractual rights & responsibilities. Students will gain an understanding of how to identify risks and to apply established risk management processes that are within a person's own work responsibilities and area of operation.
