Bao-Hi Professional Development Training Program for Mining Industry Professionals

As part of the Bao-Hi Joint Venture Agreement, a recurring training program is required for Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation (“Baosteel”) professional staff. The primary aim of the training program is to enhance the executives’ Business Communications Skills and also improve English language proficiency in order for them to successfully communicate with their joint venture partner Rio Tinto.

Clear communication is essential at both an operational and planning level. This particular training program is designed to build up participants’ confidence when communicating in English with other Mining Professionals.
